Can Therapy Help?
Sometimes we live in the shadow of our feelings. Talking to a therapist can help with your emotional problems because it enables you to step out of the shadows.
Therapy can be short or long term. Each session is 50 minutes long and takes place at the same time each week. Online sessions are via Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts. Telephone sessions are also available.
Once you start therapy your space is reserved for you, which is why there is a cancellation charge for missed sessions (full fee).
The fee for each session is £60.
"My job, as your therapist, is to provide a space where you feel safe enough to talk about your painful feelings."
I am a qualified psychotherapist and a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I qualified as a psychotherapist in 2017 and I have been working with adults in private practice since 2014. I was a sessional therapist for the Refugee Therapy Centre. I have also volunteered as a therapist for charities that helped people with psychosis, bereavement and for Mind.
‘How do I know if Tony is the right therapist for me?’ The answer to this important question is to dip your toe into the water. By having a session and listening to your feelings, you will know if we are a good fit for each other.
