Can Therapy Help?
Sometimes we live in the shadow of our feelings. Talking to a therapist can help with your emotional problems because it enables you to step out of the shadows.
Therapy can be short or long term. Sessions are 50 minutes long. Online sessions are via Zoom. My fees are £70 (online) and £80 (SE1) per session for individual therapy and supervision. Fees for couples therapy are £85 (online) and £100 (SE1) per session. A concessionary fee of £60 (online) is available for couples that are employed on a low wage or are in receipt of benefits.
The setting of Therapy is very important. Working with painful feelings needs a safe and consistent space. This requires regular sessions that take place at the same time in a constant setting.
I am a qualified psychotherapist and supervisor. I work with adults and couples. I offer supervision to qualified and trainee therapists.
