Can Therapy Help?
Sometimes we live in the shadow of our feelings. Talking to a therapist can help with your emotional problems because it enables you to step out of the shadows.
Therapy can be short or long term and of varying frequency, from 1 - 3 sessions per week. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. Online sessions are via Skype, Google Hangouts or Google Meets. Telephone sessions are also available.
The setting of Therapy is very important. Working with painful feelings needs a safe and consistent space. This requires regular sessions that take place at the same time in a constant setting. For this reason, your space in therapy is reserved for you, which is why there is a cancellation charge for missed sessions (full fee).
The fee for individual therapy is £60 and for couples it is £90 per session. If we find that increasing the frequency of therapy from 1 to 2, or 3 sessions per week would be beneficial the fee for each session will be reduced.

I am a qualified psychotherapist and a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I qualified as a psychotherapist in 2017. I work with individuals and couples. I was a sessional therapist for the Refugee Therapy Centre. I have also volunteered as a therapist for charities that helped people with psychosis, bereavement and for Mind.
